  1. I've never felt anger at my adopted parents. Just anger at my family,and mom.

  2. Many adoptees feel anger at their adoptive parents sometimes for things that aren't even their adoptive parents' fault -- it's safer to feel angry at people who love you. On the other hand, if they did not love you, that is an even better reason to feel anger. Anger is not the enemy - it is a normal, natural part of the grief process.

  3. I am only angry at my adoptive parents for withholding information. I miss them everyday.
